Why a launch checklist helps
Most launch problems are small and avoidable: a broken download link, a missing instruction sheet, a preview image that shows something the file does not include. A checklist moves those checks out of your head so you can focus on the product. The post-launch section is just as important, because the first few weeks of real data tell you what to improve.

Is my progress saved?
Only if you turn on "Save my progress on this device". Your ticks are then stored in your browser's local storage on this device only. Nothing is sent to us or anyone else. Turning the option off deletes the saved copy.
Do I need to complete every item?
No. Some items will not apply to every product. A free download may not need a pricing review, and some products do not need customer instructions. Use your judgement and skip what does not fit.
Can I use this checklist for Etsy, Gumroad or my own website?
Yes. The items are general and apply to most places you can sell digital downloads. Check each platform's own rules for listings, promotion and file types.
What is in the CSV download?
A spreadsheet friendly file with three columns: section, task and status (done or to do). It opens in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers and most other spreadsheet apps.
