Why this site exists

Selling a digital product looks simple from the outside. You make it once, upload it and every sale is profit. Then the fees arrive. A listing fee here, a percentage there, a payment charge on top, maybe some advertising, and suddenly a £4 printable earns a lot less than you thought.

Digital Seller Tools was built to make that maths quick and visible. Instead of building your own spreadsheet or guessing, you can put in your real numbers and see what you actually keep, what to charge, whether a bundle makes sense and how many sales a goal really needs.

Who it is for

The site is for anyone selling downloads: printables, planners, templates, digital art, stickers, fonts, worksheets and educational resources. It suits sellers on Etsy, Gumroad, your own website or anywhere else that charges fees per sale, whether you are about to list your first product or tidying up a shop with fifty.

How the tools work

• You enter your own fees. Platform fees change and vary by country, payment method and account, so the tools never assume a rate for you.
• Your numbers stay in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to a server. The only thing ever saved is checklist progress, and only if you choose to save it on your device.
• The working is shown. Every calculator explains how it reaches its result, so you can check it yourself.
• No sign up. No account, email address or payment is needed to use any tool.

How the site is funded

Everything on the site is free, including the downloads. If the tools save you time, you can support the site through Buy Me a Coffee. That is entirely optional and does not unlock anything.
